The Personal Trainer Level 3: Strength & Conditioning Specialist program is designed for advanced trainers aiming to work with athletes and high-performance clients. 

 

Through in-person workshops and applied practice, you’ll master strength, power, and conditioning systems, program design, and performance testing — earning a recognized Level 3 Certificate in elite athletic coaching.

Format & Location

In-person training (at selected partner gyms and performance centers)

Combination of advanced theory, workshops, and applied coaching practice

Includes supervised work with athletes and high-performance clients

Prerequisites

Completion of Level 2 (Advanced Coaching & Practice) or equivalent qualification

Solid understanding of exercise science and programming principles

Recommended: minimum 1 year of coaching experience
