The Personal Trainer – Level 1 program combines theory and hands-on workshops, designed for aspiring trainers and fitness enthusiasts seeking foundational knowledge in anatomy, exercise science, coaching, and nutrition. 

 

Students gain practical skills in session design, strength, endurance, HIIT, and rehabilitation, with direct mentorship and support. 

 

Offered online and in selected live workshops, the program includes a Certificate of Completion and opportunities for professional development through partner networks.
